The National Environment Authority (NMA) of Suriname, through its National Ozone Unit
(NOU), hereby invites qualified consultants to submit a technical and financial proposal for the
assignment:
Trainer for Customs, Enforcement Agencies and Key Stakeholders
Supervision of Timely Implementation of Phase-out Activities and Reduction in ODS
Consumption, with a focus on monitoring and prevention of illegal trade in ODS.
The assignment will be implemented in line with UNEP and Multilateral Fund (MLF)
requirements.
Interested consultants are requested to submit:
•A technical proposal, outlining methodology, relevant experience, and work plan; and
•A financial proposal, including a proposed payment schedule.
Proposals should be submitted electronically to nou@nmasuriname.org no later than the
deadline indicated in the solicitation.
